• Members please be aware the next FESHE meeting will start on June 5, 2010. The applications are going out don't put off filling out the application and sending it off. I hope to see you their.
   
• We are pleased to announce that the 11th annual Fire and Emergency Services Higher Education (FESHE) Conference May 30 – June 1, 2009 at the U.S. Fire Administration's (USFA) National Fire Academy (NFA) campus in Emmitsburg, Maryland was a great success. Progress was made on the partnership between FESHE and IAFESHE. We will be working closely with FESHE's new Regional Representatives so that exchange of information is seamless.
   
• The IAFESHE meeting on Saturday evening was a great success as well. The numbers are still being tabulated but it appears we tripled our membership this year in one general meeting. We now have roughly 45-50 members. Many more are still sending in their applications or renewals. Membership will run from June 1 through May 31 of each fiscal year. Membership cards will be sent out to each member once the dust of the conference has settled.
